Project management
In case Mulder Design is contracted to do the complete project design, naval architecture and engineering, project management is a part of the total job. However the project management department can also be contracted for other than Mulder Design projects
- Assistance during first stages of the project, pre-select Shipyard, Designers etc.
- Approval of suppliers and subcontractors
- Supervision at Shipyard and large subcontractors
- Interior supervision
- Planning and progress review and reports
- Reporting to owner and owner representative
- Communication with authorities and shipyard
- Control of documents
- Commissioning, tests and trials
